There is only one YOU
Despite having common experiences in life, each of us is unique which means each of us needs a different approach to healthy living. Some of us are night owls, some are early birds. Some like wearing black, others can’t walk past fuchsia pink! It’s just the same with health: one size does not fit all. And with the barrage of information out there, how do you even start to make sense of what will work for YOU?
Health is no longer just about fitness and nutrition, but about the whole picture, including your mind, your environment, and how you spend your time. So many aspects of life can influence your health, so it makes sense to integrate them into your health programme.
That's where I come in...working together we'll develop a practical personalised health programme that will consider the whole yet focus on the priority areas.
As a coach I look forward to facilitating, motivating and inspiring you to be the best version of yourself – it might sound cliched, but why wouldn’t you want to live in the best way possible for you and your family? It will help you from day to day and will also give you a strong platform to work from when dealing with life’s inevitable challenges.
I totally get that change doesn’t come easily. It can be scary, it can seem too big a mountain, but I’ll help you break it down into manageable chunks so you can get started right away without being overwhelmed. It doesn’t mean a wholesale change. And it doesn’t mean having no fun!
